The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide hydropower site evaluation and hydro planning expertise over a four-year period. This Request for Proposals (RFP) requests both analysis work conducted from the offices of prospective firms, and extensive field data collection.
